Our responsibility

For us, compliance not only means adhering to statutory and legal requirements, but also acting in a sustainable, fair and considerate manner towards people and the environment. As a RegTech company in the field of ESG in particular, we want to make a contribution to a sustainable economy with our vision and mission. This includes, among other things:

Respect for human rights, diversity and fair working conditions. We expect respect and consideration and disapprove of any discrimination based on ethnic origin, gender, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual identity.
We promote environmental and climate protection. Our procurement processes are based on CO2-neutral or reduced products and services.
Data protection and information security: We protect the personal data of our customers and employees. In particular, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. Furthermore, our information security management system is ISO 27001 certified.
Accounting and taxes: Our accounting and tax processes comply with legal requirements and are regularly reviewed.
Integrity of the lawcode Suite and services: We set very high performance standards for the lawcode Suite and other services. Through our processes, which are regularly reviewed, we can provide secure and functioning products and services to our customers.

We have implemented a compliance management system to ensure compliance with legal and ethical requirements. Among other things, we have implemented a digital whistleblower system that can be used to report breaches of the rules, including anonymously. We have also checked and analyzed our suppliers based on the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act. We use our supply chain module to check whether suppliers comply with human rights and environmental standards. Further information on our supply chain strategy can be found in our policy statement.
